What's Included in the Free Trial?

We offer a free trial so you can experience Enrich Layer firsthand before choosing a paid plan.

What's included

• Free credits to use across any supported API:
  • 100 credits when signing up with a free email (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)
  • 200 credits when signing up with a work/business email
• Core API endpoints, including People Search and Profile Enrichment
• A dashboard to monitor your usage in real time
• Full access to developer documentation and testing environments
• Email support to help with any questions along the way

Trial duration: Trial credits expire 30 days from your account creation date.

What's not included

Some limitations apply during the trial:

• Advanced filters or parameters might be temporarily unavailable
• Bulk enrichment and high-volume requests may have usage caps
• Access to certain premium or partner APIs could be restricted
• Trial accounts have lower rate limits compared to paid plans
• Each API call is capped at 10 credits — requests that would cost more than 10 credits (e.g. large employee searches) will return a 403 error. Make a top-up to lift this limit.

Can I extend my trial or get more credits?

If you're evaluating Enrich Layer for a business use case and need additional time or credits, contact us. In some cases we can extend your trial or offer enhanced access to support your testing.

What happens when the trial ends?

• API access is paused once your trial credits are exhausted or expire (after 30 days) — you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan to continue
• Your data and API key remain intact — you'll still have access to your dashboard and previous activity
• When you're ready to move forward, you'll be guided through selecting a plan

Special one-time offer

After signup, you can purchase a one-time promotional offer of 500 credits for $1.99. This is available once per customer and is separate from trial credits — useful for extended testing before committing to a plan.
