Our automated systems scan all data stores — primary databases, backup systems, analytics platforms, and all listed sub-processors — to identify every record associated with your profile.
Deletion, correction, or opt-out is executed across our entire data ecosystem programmatically. We notify each sub-processor and require written confirmation of compliance.
We send a final written confirmation that your request has been fully processed, including a list of all systems where the action was taken.
Our deletion pipeline is automated and audited quarterly. Sub-processor compliance is tracked and we maintain records of all completed requests for a period of 2 years as required by applicable law. Historical data requests are fulfilled back to January 1, 2022.
