What to Do If You're Locked Out of Your Account

How to regain access if you've forgotten your password, missed a verification email, or been temporarily locked out.

If you're having trouble logging in — whether it's a forgotten password, a missing verification email, or a security lockout — here's how to get back in.

Forgot your password?

  1. Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen
  2. Enter the email address you used to sign up
  3. Check your inbox for a secure password reset link

If you don't see the email after a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.

Didn't receive your verification email?

  1. Double-check that the email address you entered is correct
  2. Click Resend Verification from the login screen
  3. If still nothing, contact support — we'll verify your account manually

Too many failed login attempts

Multiple failed login attempts may temporarily lock your account for security reasons. Wait a few minutes and try again. If the issue continues, contact support and we'll help you regain access securely.
