What to check and how to resend your verification email if it hasn't arrived.
If your Enrich Layer verification email hasn't arrived, here are a few steps to get back on track.
Things to check first
- Double-check your email address — make sure there are no typos in the email you used to sign up
- Check spam, junk, or promotions folders — automated emails sometimes get filtered
- Search your inbox for subject lines like "Verify your Enrich Layer account" or "Welcome to Enrich Layer"
Still no email?
If you've waited a few minutes and nothing has arrived:
- Go back to the login screen
- Click Resend Verification Email
- Make sure you're checking the correct email account linked to your sign-up
