How cancellations work for monthly and annual plans, and when refunds may be issued.
Cancellation policy
We never want to see you go, but we understand that needs change. Here's what to expect when cancelling.
Monthly subscriptions (12-month commitment)
You can cancel anytime from your Enrich Layer dashboard. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing month you've already paid for — no partial-month refunds.
For example, if you paid on June 1 and cancel on June 15, your plan stays active until July 1.
Because this is a 12-month commitment, a cancellation fee applies for the remaining months.
Annual subscriptions (billed upfront)
You can turn off auto-renewal at any time. Submit your cancellation at least 30 days before your renewal date to avoid being charged for another year. We'll send a reminder ahead of time.

Pay-as-you-go credits
PAYG credits don't require a commitment and are more flexible, though they cost more per credit than subscription plans. For non-subscribers, PAYG credits do not expire unless your account becomes inactive (18 months without any payment activity).
Refund policy
We don't offer refunds for unused time on monthly or annual plans — your payment reserves access for the full billing period.
Exceptional circumstances
If something didn't go as expected — a technical issue or a sudden change in circumstances — we review requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer a pro-rated refund or account credit as a goodwill gesture.
Fair use
Our policies are designed to prevent abuse:
- We may limit repeated cancellations and reactivations that exploit pricing or guarantees
- All usage is subject to our Fair Use Policy
- Unlimited features are intended for normal business use — excessive usage may trigger a review
