Can I Get a Refund or Credit Reimbursement?

When a refund or credit might be possible

We'll take a closer look if:

  • You were charged for a request that failed due to a system error
  • You were unaware of a setting (like Data Freshness) that increased your credit cost
  • You're new to the platform and still learning how it works

What's generally not refundable

  • Successful API requests where data was returned as expected
  • Charges that align with our documented credit usage

How to request a refund or credit

  • Any unexpected behavior or issues you noticed
