How to Enable, Disable, or Adjust Auto Top-Up
Step-by-step guide to turning auto top-up on or off and setting your monthly spending cap.
Auto top-up automatically refills your credit balance when it runs low. It's controlled by a checkbox — not a toggle — and your changes only take effect after you click Update.
How to enable auto top-up
- Log in to your dashboard at enrichlayer.com
- In the left-hand menu, go to Billing → Buy Credits
- Scroll to the Credits section
- Check the "Limit auto-top-ups to no more than $XXXX / month" checkbox
- Use the dropdown to select your preferred monthly spending limit
- Click Update to save your changes
Auto top-up is now active. Your balance will refill automatically when it runs low.
How to disable auto top-up
- Log in to your dashboard at enrichlayer.com
- In the left-hand menu, go to Billing → Buy Credits
- Scroll to the Credits section
- Uncheck the "Limit auto-top-ups to no more than $XXXX / month" checkbox
- Click Update to save your changes
Auto top-up is now off. Your balance will no longer refill automatically.
How to adjust the spending limit
- Log in to your dashboard at enrichlayer.com
- In the left-hand menu, go to Billing → Buy Credits
- Scroll to the Credits section
- Make sure the checkbox is checked
- Use the dropdown to choose a new monthly spending limit
- Click Update to save your changes
