Middleby Marshall was founded over 135 years ago when Joseph Middleby, owner of a bakery supply firm, and John Marshall, a licensed engineer, created a partnership with the goal of producing custom designed movable ovens. Today, Middleby Marshall proudly manufacturers conveyor ovens and continues to innovate in automated cooking solutions.
The company's product range covers infrared conveyor ovens, traditional impingement conveyor ovens, countertop conveyor ovens and the X-Series line of conveyor ovens. Models include the X20 and X26 countertop units, the PS-series gas or electric impingement ovens, a ventless electric model and the X55 X-Series gas ovens, including a wide body version. Its Longwave infrared conveyor oven is designed to sear, roast, chargrill and cook a range of menu items in one pass and is self-cleaning.
Middleby Marshall also offers Open Kitchen, a platform that connects equipment to track performance, send maintenance alerts and manage energy use across locations. Customers can use an online oven configurator and a product selector tool, and the company provides parts, factory training, a service agent locator, financing and international sales.
