The company offers 25 brands worldwide, with a portfolio covering a full kitchen of equipment for chefs, chain operators and independent operators. Brands that have joined its portfolio over its history include Garland, Cleveland Range, Frymaster, Delfield, Merrychef, Convotherm, Kolpak, Lincoln and Multiplex. Its service brands include KitchenConnect for digital connectivity, KitchenCare for aftermarket parts and repair service, and FitKitchen for integrated kitchen systems. Its products are available in more than 100 countries through a global network of partners.

Over its history the company has operated as Welbilt Corp., Enodis and Manitowoc Foodservice, and it returned to the Welbilt name following a spin-off from The Manitowoc Company.
