Hatco's commercial equipment range includes induction griddles, woks, rice cookers and programmable multi-burner ranges, as well as panini grills, dry soup wells, drop-in induction dry wells, plate warmers and decorative lamps. Its branded lines include Flav-R-Savor heated and refrigerated air curtain merchandisers, Flav-R 2-Go pizza and outdoor locker systems for carry-out pickup, Flav-R-Shield sneeze guards and Maskerade undercounter induction warmers. The company serves operators such as quick service restaurants and grocery and convenience store retailers, and it supplies OEM genuine service parts along with online product configurators. In May of 2007, a monumental event in the history of Hatco Corporation occurred. With the stroke of a pen (actually, several pens), the employees of Hatco assumed 100% beneficial ownership of the company. As significant as this event was, it should be noted that the company started by Gordon and LaReine Hatch in 1950 remains a family corporation – only now our family is larger. Through the years, Hatco has been the home to some of the brightest minds, freest spirits, and most singular personalities in the foodservice industry.
