Vonage's communications APIs let developers build voice, video, and messaging into applications, and its developer community counts more than 1.8 million registered developers across over 190 countries. The company also offers network-powered solutions that use mobile network intelligence, data, and AI for uses such as fraud protection. Its unified communications product covers voice, video, and messaging on any device, with calling integrations for Salesforce and Microsoft Teams.
Vonage was founded in 2001 and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ericsson in 2022. Vonage is headquartered in Holmdel, New Jersey. Vonage serves more than 100,000 businesses worldwide, terminates about 25 billion minutes and messages each year, and holds 236 US patents and 71 global patents. Through its Vonage Cares program, the company supports employee volunteering and charitable giving.
