Ripple Fiber sells fiber internet plans with matching upload and download speeds, from 650 Mbps up to 8 Gig, with packages starting at $40 per month. Higher-tier plans include WiFi 7 equipment, internet backup and eero Secure, and every plan comes with a free White Glove Installation in which technicians assess the home, set up equipment, test speeds and Wi-Fi coverage, and connect devices.
Its current and planned service areas include Caldwell, Cleveland, Gaston, Nash and Union counties, Hickory, the Outer Banks and Pinehurst in North Carolina, Greenville County, Lexington, Simpsonville and Woodruff in South Carolina, and Wayne County in Michigan. The company runs local offices staffed by residents of the communities it serves and publishes a blog covering troubleshooting, how fiber works and fiber internet for small businesses.
