Phoenix Tower International was founded in 2013 with a mission to own and operate high quality wireless infrastructure sites around the world in stable markets experiencing strong wireless usage growth. PTI is currently focused on infrastructure expansion throughout the United States, Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe. The company has a portfolio of more than 100,000 sites and offers collocation services to mobile network operators seeking to expand coverage and capacity. It serves network operators, landlords, real estate developers and owners, and infrastructure owners and developers, and presents its partnerships as a way for operators to free up capital. Through its PTI Services unit, the company provides field and engineering services for wireless and fiber network operators, covering site acquisition, design, development, modification and project management for cellular deployments.
Phoenix Tower International is backed by well-capitalized investors that share a common vision. The company is privately owned, with investors including funds managed by Blackstone, BlackRock, Grain Management, Wren House and USS.
Headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, with operations throughout the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean. The company works with energy service companies to power its portfolio with renewable energy and supports local communities through the PTI Wings Foundation.
