Overview
Offchain is the strategic infrastructure partner for the world’s most ambitious companies. We have built the industry’s most trusted product suite to scale the next generation of finance. The company was founded in 2018 and began with a research project on scaling Ethereum that became the Arbitrum platform.
Through the scaled execution of Arbitrum, the global settlement of Prysm, and the institutional access of ZeroDev, we provide a fully integrated foundation custom-engineered for your business. Prysm, which powers approximately 20% of Ethereum's consensus nodes, was part of the company's contribution to Ethereum's transition to proof-of-stake, while ZeroDev provides smart account infrastructure and modular tools for developers.
Offchain also offers enterprise services, including dedicated custom chains designed around industry privacy and regulatory requirements and strategic advisory, while Offchain Labs serves as its research arm. Its ventures include Tandem, a partner studio and investment arm, and Onchain Labs, which develops applications within the Arbitrum ecosystem. The company has more than 150 team members across over 20 countries.
