Overview
If you’re involved in the residential property market, you need Hometrack. Leading businesses across the property ecosystem, from lenders, to investors, advisers, developers and housing associations, rely on our fast, accurate market intelligence and valuations to decide where to invest and develop, what to lend on and how to optimise assets. The company provides property data and risk software, combining an automated valuation model, a connected ecosystem of property risk data and a cloud-native decisioning platform used in mortgage automation in the UK.
Founded in the UK in 1999, Hometrack is trusted by major mortgage lenders, housebuilders and government bodies. We launched our market-leading AVM in 2002 and now provide over 50 million automated valuations each year. Hometrack contributes valuation data, risk insights or decisioning technology to nearly all of the 1.4 million mortgage approvals processed annually in the UK. Its products include Property Risk Hub, which Leeds Building Society has integrated along with the company's wider suite of data solutions.
Hometrack is also a founding member of the European AVM Alliance. Beyond mortgages, the company offers data solutions, market intelligence and technology and marketing solutions to investors, landlords, housebuilders and housing associations. Hometrack is part of Houseful, the group that also includes the property portal Zoopla and the estate agent CRM Alto.
