Home movers can request a free agent valuation or an instant online valuation, get a Mortgage in Principle, and use tools such as a mortgage calculator, a remortgage calculator and a Stamp Duty calculator. The company also publishes a House Price Index, property news and guides for buyers, sellers, renters and landlords. Its overseas section lists homes for sale in countries including Spain, France, Portugal, Italy and Greece.
