Overview

STCU is a not-for-profit, member-owned financial institution that has operated since 1934. STCU is consistently rated one of the top-performing credit unions in the nation and has been named one of Fortune Magazine’s Great Places to Work. We look for employees who have a strong desire to serve others, are lifelong learners, are committed to working hard, have a fun-loving attitude, and who want to make a difference in our members’ lives. We love people who share our core values: Joyfulness, generosity, belonging, goodness, and striving. We believe in being a force for good in the community, while helping members achieve their financial goals and dreams. Are you that kind of person? Then maybe you should be working at STCU.

From humble beginnings, STCU has grown to more than 950 employees, serving more than 300,000 members at 48 branch locations with $5.7 billion in assets. Although STCU has become the Inland Northwest's largest and most successful credit union, we've never forgotten that our most valuable assets are our members. For personal members, the credit union offers checking and debit cards, savings, money markets, certificates, IRAs, health savings, investment services, home, auto, recreational vehicle and personal loans, and Mastercard credit cards. Business members can use business checking and savings, treasury management, merchant and payroll services, commercial real estate and business loans, and business credit cards. Online, mobile and telephone banking are also available.

The company runs the Here for Good Foundation, which provides grants and disaster relief, and its community initiatives include STCU Best of Broadway and Volunteers Count. It also offers financial education resources such as a budget tool and financial calculators, along with youth programs and classroom resources for teachers. Federally insured by NCUA.
