Its stated ambition is to become the world's most equitable and specialized company, delivering talent solutions with focus and at scale.

Randstad produces labor market research, including its recurring Workmonitor study, which draws on surveys of workers and employers and on analysis of millions of job postings. It also studies topics such as how employers can attract and retain Gen Z talent. Its published workforce guidance covers topics such as clinician retention, contingent nurse onboarding, flexible workforce compliance and turnover on the production floor. Its sustainability reporting covers efforts to promote a fair labor market, foster equity at work and support the green transition through its core business and partnerships.
