Overview
Join over 100,000 businesses simplifying bill payments and optimizing cash flow with Melio. Pay vendors and contractors however you choose—credit card, ACH, wire, international transfer, or check—all from one dashboard, with powerful automation and seamless syncing to your accounting software built in. The platform syncs both ways with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero and NetSuite, and offers AI bill capture, W-9 collection from contractors, batch scheduling, payment in up to 12 monthly installments, and a mobile app for making and approving payments.
Melio also lets businesses create branded invoices and custom payment links to accept ACH or card payments, and track receivables and payables from the same account. The company also serves bookkeepers, accountants and other advisors through client management dashboards and an Accounting Partner Program. Financial institutions, software providers and marketplaces embed its AP and AR tools in their own platforms.
Melio serves businesses across the United States and has a team of more than 600 people in New York, Denver and Tel Aviv.
