Overview
DCL Logistics is a third-party logistics (3PL) provider based in Silicon Valley that offers order fulfillment and distribution services to brands selling through multiple sales channels. The company draws on more than 40 years of operational experience and supports clients ranging from startups to global brands as they launch products. A 3PL takes on warehousing, picking, packing and shipping for companies that prefer not to run their own distribution operations, which is especially relevant for fast-growing consumer brands whose order volumes can change quickly.
DCL Logistics provides a full suite of fulfillment services and designs custom client programs for complex distribution requirements. Its proprietary cloud-based software, eFactory, gives clients visibility into orders, inventory levels and returns, and connects their integrations in a single platform. Pairing physical fulfillment with its own software lets the company offer clients both the warehouse work and the data layer that ties it to their sales channels. The company holds ISO 9001 certification, the international standard for quality management systems.
DCL Logistics operates facilities across the US and works with a network of global partners to serve its clients. Each customer is assigned a dedicated service team that supports it from onboarding through day-to-day logistics and fulfillment. GoPro, one of its clients, credits the company with supporting the growth of its North American retail and global eCommerce business. Brands that sell through both retail stores and direct-to-consumer eCommerce generally need a fulfillment partner that can handle bulk retail shipments and individual consumer orders from the same inventory.
