Overview

ShipHero makes it easy to ship eCommerce with our powerful warehouse management software (WMS). Our cloud-based WMS is perfect for emerging, scaling and high volume brands. Instead of holding you back, ShipHero can push your eCommerce business forward with the technology and processes you need to run a successful warehouse.

ShipHero was started in 2013, when its founder, then running a direct-to-consumer brand, could not find warehouse software built for eCommerce, as most platforms were designed for wholesale and manufacturing. More than 5,000 warehouses across North America and beyond use the platform, and customers range from Shopify Plus brands to high-volume third-party logistics (3PL) providers. The company focuses on building and supporting warehouse software for brands and 3PLs and does not operate warehouses itself.

The software covers receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, labor tracking and returns. Its features include Pack-to-Light stations that guide packers with LEDs, mobile pick and pack with barcode scanning, real-time carrier rate shopping, and built-in reports on cost of goods sold, picker and packer efficiency, and replenishment. ShipHero also provides a blog, the ShipHero Academy training and certification program, a knowledge base and API documentation.
