Overview
ChowNow powers online ordering systems for independent restaurants via restaurants’ own websites, Facebook and Google pages, apps, and ChowNow’s website. ChowNow consolidates 1st and 3rd party ordering into one central hub so restaurant owners don't have to juggle multiple tablets. We do all of this without the predatory third-party commissions charged by the other guys.
The company's platform combines ordering, marketing, and operations tools, including QR code ordering for dine-in, catering, email and SMS campaigns, and a loyalty and rewards program. On the operations side, it offers centralized menu management, delivery management, chargeback and fraud protection, and more than 20 POS integrations, including Toast, Square, Revel, and Clover. For restaurants without a website, the company builds branded sites on Squarespace templates. Restaurants receive full access to their diner ordering data and contact information.
ChowNow has been building restaurant technology for over a decade and reports working with 22,000 independent restaurant partners across the US. The company reports that its restaurant partners have saved more than $650 million in commissions. It offers 24/7 support to restaurants and diners by phone, chat, and text.
