Boyne Capital, which also uses the name Boyne Capital Partners, was established in 2006. We are Boyne Capital, a Florida-based private equity firm focused on investments in lower middle market companies. Founded over a decade ago, we have invested hundreds of millions of capital in dozens of companies in this space.

We’re also a lot more than this. We take a different approach to investing. A more human approach. One that forges lasting and collaborative relationships with companies whose founders and families are still deeply involved in growing their businesses. One that doesn’t mind seeing things from the ground level. And one that ensures the goals we set for growth are realistic and achievable. Boyne Capital addresses its investment criteria to both business owners and intermediaries. Its portfolio has included Local Boy Outfitters, YZY Fragrances, McKee Utility and Pilot Energy, as well as a commercial cleaning platform built around H&B Facility Services. Beyond new platform investments, the firm's activity has included the sale of a portfolio company and the formation of a single-asset continuation fund. The firm also engages in social outreach and publishes its own perspectives.
