Founded in 1984, Sage Hospitality Group is an experiential hospitality company headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Built on a spirit of bold individuality, we’re proud to bring together four distinct Sage companies—Sage Hotel Management, Sage Restaurant Concepts, Sage Investments, and Sage Studio. Together, we specialize in lifestyle hospitality, creating places people go to, not through. The company began by securing third-party management contracts for hotels and built a portfolio of urban select-service, full-service and luxury hotels, working with brands such as Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt. It later expanded into developing and investing in lifestyle assets in major urban and select resort markets, and it formed Sage Restaurant Concepts to create independent restaurants and bars next to its hotels. Its portfolio now prioritizes lifestyle hotels and independent restaurants, with a growing focus on mixed-use destinations, and includes Perry Lane Hotel in Savannah, Georgia.
