We have locations in Arkansas, Florida, Alabama, New York and Texas. Member FDIC. Equal Housing Lender. Its parent, Home BancShares, Inc., is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker HOMB and reports more than $22 billion in assets.
Home BancShares was formed by a group of investors and obtained a bank charter in 1999, creating First State Bank in Conway, Arkansas. The holding company later acquired Community Bank, Bank of Mountain View, Marine Bank of the Florida Keys and Centennial Bank, and in 2008 and 2009 it consolidated all of its charters under the Centennial Bank brand. The bank follows a community banking approach built around experienced bankers with local relationships, and it supports local charities in the communities it serves.
Centennial Bank's services include personal and business banking, loans, wealth management, and online and mobile banking, with phone support available six days a week. Member FDIC
