Maymont Homes operates single-family rental homes across 47 markets in 16 states, including Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, Alabama, Texas, North Carolina and Ohio. Its portfolio includes more than 25 build-to-rent communities.

Prospective residents can take self-guided tours of available homes without an appointment, and current residents can pay rent, renew leases and set up utility payments online. The company uses an online maintenance request system that tracks each request until it is resolved, with repairs handled by its technicians and a network of service professionals. Maymont Homes is certified by Great Place To Work and states that its staff volunteer in local communities.
