Overview

(NASDAQ: JBLU · $2.63 ▼ 0.9%) When JetBlue first took flight in February 2000, our founding goal was to bring humanity back to air travel, and over two decades later, we still put our customers, crewmembers and communities at the center of everything we do. Before we even had aircraft to fly, our founders selected five values to guide us, which are safety, caring, integrity, passion and fun. These core values shape our culture and empower our 23,000 crewmembers to deliver a meaningful JetBlue experience to more than 40 million customers that fly with us each year to more than 100 cities across the United States, Latin America, Caribbean, Canada and Europe.

We’re proud to be New York's Hometown Airline®, and a leading carrier in Boston, Fort Lauderdale - Hollywood, Los Angeles, Orlando, and San Juan. Beyond scheduled flights, JetBlue sells travel through its own booking site, where customers can search and book airfare alongside a range of other travel products. The company offers packages that combine flights with hotels, as well as cruises, car rentals and stays, and lets travelers either bundle these components together or add extras individually as they plan a trip. JetBlue also offers a program called Points & Perks, as well as credit cards, and promotes trip deals and low fares to customers booking with the airline.

  • First things first: Book BlueFirst.

Our fresh take on first class is officially bookable for flights taking off starting December 8th, with fares as low as $249 one-way. It’s a new way to experience more up front, while giving customers more choice in how they travel on select non-Mint flights.

  • At JetBlue, humanity has always been at the heart of what we do.

That made Artists for Humanity (AFH), a nonprofit that empowers teens through opportunities in art and design, a natural partner for creating something special for our BlueHouse JFK lounge. Through the partnership, AFH teen artists took on a real-world creative commission, bringing their perspectives and skills to an original mural inspired by Grand Central Terminal.
