Overview
Hey Jane is the patient-centered, virtual reproductive and sexual health care haven. Hey Jane was founded in 2021 to make abortion care easier to reach as clinics closed and restrictions grew, and its name honors the Jane Collective. As the most-trusted, most-funded virtual clinic offering telemedicine abortion care, we now proudly offer a range of reproductive and sexual health care services from a team that truly cares.
Hey Jane's services include FDA-approved medication abortion pills, birth control prescriptions, emergency contraception, and treatment for bacterial vaginosis, herpes, urinary tract infections and yeast infections. Patients fill out an online intake, consult a provider by chat, phone or video, and receive treatment by mail or through a local pharmacy, with round-the-clock access to a clinical care team. The company serves patients in 24 states, accepts select private insurance plans and all Illinois Medicaid plans, and offers income-based pricing and payment plans. It is a member of the National Abortion Federation, works with abortion funds, and files amicus briefs supporting access to mifepristone and telehealth abortion.

abortion is health care—no asterisks, no apologies. Since the FDA approved mifepristone in 2000, abortion pills have become the most common method of abortion care in the U.S., proven to be up to 98% effective when used with misoprostol, and just as safe when administered through telehealth as in-person care.
