Overview
Flagger Force is a short-term traffic control company that sets up compliant work zones for utility, construction, telecommunications and municipal clients across the eastern third of the United States. Flagger Force began in 2002 as a small flagging company in Central Pennsylvania and is headquartered in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania. At Flagger Force, we believe that keeping our communities moving goes further than traffic control. Though yes, we literally keep communities moving, we believe there’s momentum in that movement—that we need to meet expectations and then, do more.
Its services include flagging, rolling slowdown operations, advanced setups for multi-lane roads and complex intersections, emergency and storm response, traffic control plans and permitting, and special event traffic management. The company runs an operations services center for scheduling and order fulfillment, along with regional training facilities for its full-time, locally based crews. Our philosophy keeps your community safe, the water flowing and the lights on, provides you with career opportunities and personal growth, and gives back to those same areas. It’s doing these things well and with integrity that allow our team, clients, and communities to trust in this promise.
The company has more than 3,000 employees and works at over 1,000 job sites each day, with field roles alongside office positions in field support, human resources, finance, recruitment, training and technology. Join our strong, collaborative team in a fast-growing, fast-paced professional work environment. Our work culture is centered on leadership, integrity, respect, trust, and a common interest in keeping our communities moving. View our open positions by visiting https://FlaggerForce.com/Careers
