Cigna Healthcare is the health benefits provider of The Cigna Group and operates through its U.S. Employer and International Health businesses.
The U.S. Employer business offers medical, pharmacy, behavioral health and wellness, vision, and dental coverage, along with HRA, HSA, and FSA spending accounts. The company also sells individual medical and dental plans, and members manage claims, ID cards, and coverage through the myCigna app and portal.
Its International Health business provides health insurance for globally mobile individuals and families, plans for employers with staff abroad, and support for intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations. These plans include medical support in over 200 countries and jurisdictions and 24/7 multilingual service centers.
