Founded in 1986, Asset Living has decades of experience delivering exceptional value to our partners. Since the beginning, our undeniable passion has driven our organic growth from a small property management firm to one of the most trusted allies in real estate. Asset Living's growing portfolio includes a multitude of properties across the country that span the multifamily, single-family home rentals, affordable housing, build-to-rent, active adult, and student housing divisions. The company began during the savings and loan crisis, helping turn around struggling properties by improving their operations. It entered student housing in 1998 under the name Asset Campus Housing, after its largest multifamily client invested in an off-campus property. A development division was created in 2013, and in 2018 the company's divisions were brought together under the single Asset Living brand.

Asset Living manages more than 455,000 units for over 800 clients in more than 40 states and employs over 12,000 people. The company works through regional teams and maintains corporate offices in cities including Denver and Atlanta.
