Thoma Bravo's current portfolio includes about 80 companies, and the firm's investment approach centers on the view that software continues to redefine how enterprises operate. Its featured portfolio companies cover a range of markets, including aviation technology, systems that support electronic trading, human resources software, and logistics platforms. Other featured holdings work in AI-native cybersecurity, AI-powered healthcare technology, and accounting software built specifically for construction contractors.
The firm is led by several managing partners, one of whom founded the firm and continues to serve in that leadership role.
