Built in Europe for European healthcare, with compliance, security, and clinical safety at the core. The product supports more than 50 specialties and is offered for medicine, mental health, nursing, social services, physiotherapy, dentistry, pharmacy and veterinary care. The company has local offices in cities including Stockholm, London, Paris, Madrid, Munich, Leiden, Helsinki and Tallinn, and a clinical team of more than 100 clinicians guides its product development.

CE-marked under EU MDR. Our AI Scribe and Coding Assistant are both Class IIa-certified, with the AI Scribe being the first in Europe at this classification. Also certified to ISO 27001 and ISO 13485. Tandem operates at the highest regulatory standards required for clinical AI in Europe. Tandem's Clinical Decision Support tool is also CE marked as a Class IIa medical device, and the company holds ISO 42001, ISO 14001 and UK Cyber Essentials Plus certifications. Patient data is processed and stored in data centers within Europe, and conversation audio is deleted once transcription is complete.
