Overview
Nourish is addressing the root cause of the chronic disease crisis through AI-powered, insurance-covered virtual nutrition care. We are tackling one of the most important problems in the world — our broken healthcare system. We are building a digital health system that is patient-friendly, prioritizes lifestyle change, delivers outcomes, and lowers costs.
Nourish connects patients with registered dietitians for telehealth appointments and pairs evidence-based nutrition counseling with an app used between sessions. The app includes an AI assistant available around the clock, photo-based macro tracking, appointment scheduling through Zoom, and access to lab results from local clinics. Its network of more than 10,000 dietitians covers needs such as diabetes, heart health, gut health, GLP-1 support, weight loss and eating disorders.
The company operates in all 50 states and is in network with hundreds of insurance policies, and it reports that 94% of patients pay nothing out of pocket. Nourish also serves employers and health plans, accepts physician referrals, and relies on a clinical advisory board of physicians and researchers to guide its care protocols.
