More than 40% of its work is design-build and another 30% is design-assist.

Its 70,000 square foot fabrication facility includes an ultra high purity clean room along with high purity piping, piping and plumbing fabrication areas. The company also operates a 7,000 square foot pharmaceutical fabrication facility designed to serve the biotech industry. The company uses 3D CAD to engineer piping, spools and structural pipe supports. Its featured projects include LAX modernization work, the New Adult Stanford Hospital and Camp Pendleton Hospital.
