- Continuing with some highlights from Day 3 of the Enamine Drug Discovery Conference.
We would like to thank all our speakers and poster presenters for sharing their work and expertise, and everyone who joined us and became part of the conference. It was a pleasure to bring together industry experts from different areas of Drug Discovery and create an opportunity for scientific exchange and discussion. #EnDDC Herbert Waldmann, Stefan Knapp, Dmytro Volochnyuk, Ed Griffen, Dmytro Radchenko, Nathaniel Martin, Modest von Korff, Mark Levin, Jens Carlsson, Dragos Horvath, Vsevolod Katritch, Jerome Waser, Jana Roithová, Marc Nicklaus, Olga Tarkhanova, Bohdan Vashchenko, Luc V., Ferran Planas, Alexander J.
- 🔬 One Scaffold, Six Regioisomers: Mapping Buchwald–Hartwig C–N Coupling with HTE In a recent publication in…
Molecules, Enamine researchers, under the leadership of Serhiy Ryabukhin and Dmytro Volochnyuk, systematically explored Buchwald–Hartwig C–N coupling across all six bromoimidazo[1,5-a]pyridine regioisomers (1-, 3-, 5-, 6-, 7-, and 8-Br). Using high-throughput experimentation (HTE), the team investigated their reactivity toward four representative nitrogen nucleophiles — morpholine, benzylamine, aniline, and benzamide — screening different ligand/base combinations to identify optimal reaction conditions. 📊 The results highlighted a strong dependence on bromine position and nucleophile class.
