BruntWork is a talent outsourcing company that works with overseas freelancers in the Philippines, Colombia, Eastern Europe and other countries, placing full-time and part-time remote staff with client businesses. Its teams cover functions such as inbound and outbound telesales, multi-channel customer support, data and analytics, digital marketing, digital content production, and web and app design.

Work as an independent contractor aka freelancer, which means you get to manage your own government contributions and taxes while getting all of your salary intact. Pay goes straight to your personal bank account. The jobs we offer are permanent work from home or remote. Just make sure your have the following:

Successful candidates are contracted under Bruntwork Pte Ltd and are deployed to various overseas clients. Your success is very much reliant on your own performance. Clients range from entrepreneurs to companies listed on the ASX and NASDAQ. Agents can work a minimum of 20 hours per week, and overnight shifts are available. The company handles candidate vetting, payroll and replacement of underperforming staff, bills out of Australia, and is certified to ISO 27001. Agents are supported by a dedicated IT support team and take part in the company's C.O.R.E training program.
