An integrated health care system improving the health of our patients and wellbeing of our communities for a century. We provide care & services to people living in a rural eight-county region covering 5,600 square miles in upstate New York. Our health system is made up of six hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, community and school-based health centers, and health partners in related fields.

The network is based in Cooperstown, New York, where Bassett Medical Center serves as its hub and offers services such as open-heart surgery, robot-assisted surgery, trauma care, neurosurgery, and specialized cancer treatment. Its other hospitals include Cobleskill Regional Hospital, O'Connor Hospital in Delhi, Little Falls Hospital, and A.O. Fox Hospital in Oneonta, along with a Tri-Town Campus in Sidney. The Bassett Medical Group has a salaried staff of more than 400 physicians and advanced practice clinicians and staffs over two dozen community-based primary care centers.

The network also provides home care, medical supplies, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living. Bassett is a teaching hospital and medical school campus affiliated with Columbia University's College of Physicians and Surgeons, and its Research Institute studies rural community health and agricultural medicine.
