The restructuring exercise is an administrative restructuring, and the ownership and management will remain the same.Our invoices will come under Enrich Layer LLC's letterhead moving forward. In addition, all contracts under Nubela Pte Ltd also will be transferred to Enrich Layer LLC.Enrich Layer's Enterprise customers will need to update the recipient bank account details.
